Transparency in Bulgaria? It is possible

One of the first orders of the new Bulgarian prime minister speaks of determination the word "transparency" to be filled with meaning in Bulgaria. This is the conclusions one can make from the order Mr. Boyko Borisov has signed today all decisions of the government: orders, acts, legislation and everything else the cabinet decides, to become public for everyone. The deadline is 2 weeks. euinside was told by the press office of the government that there is an Internet based system that has been worked upon for a long time but so far was designated for internal use only. In the next 2 years specialists will be looking for a way to make the system public.
