At what stage is the "Belene" project?

"The work over the building of the nuclear power station "Belene" should never stop because this would lead to even greater losses". These words were said by Russian energy minister Sergey Shmatko during a press conference within the framework of the energy summit in Sofia, organised by the president Georghi Parvanov. He said that with regard to the negotiations between Bulgaria and Russia for a loan for the building of the station. Today there will be another press conference and we expect to find out at what stage the project is at the moment and what are the main problems.
